Nike Releases New Shoes Aimed To Help Kids Learn To Walk
This is the first Nike kids shoe that has received the American Podiatric Medical Association seal of acceptance.
Nike announced a new shoe designed to assist young children who are learning how to walk.
The ‘Nike Swoosh 1’ joins other kids shoes made by the company including the ‘Dynamo Go’ and the ‘Air Max 270 Go’, which have collapsible heels that make it easy to put on and take off.
The new shoe is made with 80% recycled materials by weight, and can bend in all directions to help new walkers have mobility as they practice taking their first steps.
The Swoosh 1 has a wide toe box to allow toes to splay and flex and the outsole is grippy for traction and durability.
This is the first Nike kids shoe that has received the American Podiatric Medical Association seal of acceptance.
The Swoosh 1 is priced at $62 and will be available to buy in sizes 3C-7C.
