A Second Arrest Has Been Made In Connection To Fatal Drive-By Incident

23-year-old Ebony Spruill succumbed to the injuries she sustained and another victim suffered injuries that are believed to be non-life threatening.

A second arrest has been made in connection to a fatal drive-by shooting incident.

On October 15th, two people were shot in the parking-lot of the ATEX convenience store on S. Martin Luther King Drive in Lumberton. 23-year-old Ebony Spruill succumbed to the injuries she sustained and another victim suffered injuries that are believed to be non-life threatening.

On Thursday, police arrested 18-year-old Tyler Young. He has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, discharging a weapon into occupied property, discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle and several others. Young was booked into the Robeson County Detention Center without bond.

A 17-year-old was also previously arrested in connection to the incident.
