Hitting snooze on your alarm clock might not be bad for your health. Researchers from Sweden examined the sleeping habits of more than 17-hundred people. They found that hitting the snooze button is pretty common. About 70 percent of participants say they set multiple alarms or press snooze at least sometimes. In a second study, researchers examined 31 snoozers. iI found that falling back asleep after your alarm goes off could actually help ease some people out of sleep inertia. They also discovered it could improve cognitive performance.
