Police Arrest One Juvenile Suspect In Connection To Fatal Drive-By Shooting
Lumberton police arrested and charged a 17-year-old juvenile male with first degree murder as well as attempted murder.
One person has been arrested in connection to a fatal drive-by shooting incident.
On October 15th, occupants of a white, four-door Sedan fired shots while passing by the ATEX convenience store on South Martin Luther King Drive in Lumberton.
23-year-old Ebony Spruill died as a result of the shooting and another 23-year-old was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
On Friday, Lumberton police arrested and charged a 17-year-old juvenile male with first degree murder as well as attempted murder. Additional charges and arrests are expected in connection to the incident.
