Audra scores high marks for this easy, no-bake peanut butter pie.  After trying out all the latest health trends over the years, Audra rewards Greg for being a good sport with his favorite candy in a pie.  Greg’s last request (after being the taste tester for Audra’s oat bars) was for something Reese’s.  So, Audra searches for a dessert that meets at least one of the requirements she looks for in recipes – easy.  Say hello to the no-bake quick and ‘easy as pie’ recipe!

No-bake peanut butter pie

1 graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)

1 cup creamy peanut butter

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 8 oz. container Cool Whip

Optional: chopped peanuts and Reese’s candy for toppings

Combine and mix the peanut butter and cream cheese. Add the powdered sugar and continue to mix. Fold in Cool Whip.  Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate at least 2 hours.  (optional) Sprinkle with salted chopped nuts and/or Reese’s chopped candy.
