Driving through downtown…you may get stuck in cob webs at City Hall, where you can make a stop get your marriage certificate…til death do you part! Visitors can’t help but notice all the hard work at-play-in placing those 3-thousand pumpkin baskets out on Main Street. There are even skeletons climbing up the water tower and when it comes to activities there’s something all month long.
