You Just Can’t ‘Beat’ This 4-Ingredient Oat Bar Recipe!

Audra tries a popular 4-ingredient recipe for oat bars that gets less than raving reviews from Greg.

Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They’re a gluten-free, whole grain, and a slew of important vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.  Studies show they help with weight loss, blood sugar levels, and help reduce our risks of heart disease.   You can get them various forms… rolled, crushed, or steel-cut oats.  Oats are eaten alone with a drizzle of honey and pat of butter and often found in muffins cookies and breakfast bars.

One way to get oats into your diet is to make your own breakfast bars or a granola topping for your yogurt.  Audra tries a popular 4-ingredient recipe from Instagram where you mix everything in the same dish you bake it in.  So there’s less mess!

2 bananas

1 1/3 oats

2 TBSP nut butter (peanut butter is most popular)

1/3 cup berries (Audra used blueberry)

Bake at 350 about 35 min, until golden on top!
