Myrtle Beach Man Charged In Shooting Incident Following An Altercation

An investigation revealed that the incident was a continuation of an altercation that came about earlier inside Lolli's bar.

 

A Myrtle Beach man is facing charges in connection to a shooting that occurred on Sunday.

Around 1a.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of 3rd Avenue South near Custom Care Inc. to investigate reports of gunfire. An investigation revealed that the incident was a continuation of an altercation that came about earlier inside Lolli’s bar.

31-year-old Brandon Sutton is charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, discharging a firearm into a vehicle, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and littering.
