We are digging into the subject of lymphatic drainage today on Carolina A.M. Audra is always researching the latest trends and something called “The Big 6” keeps popping up on her FY. Its a practice for keeping the lymphatic system healthy. The Big 6 is a simplified method developed by a Dr. Perry Nickleston for folks to practice daily at home. The videos on social media show it takes just over two minutes. It targets six lymphatic organs. You rub, tap and circle. in a particular order to promote moving toxins out of the body. Research shows there are other ways to keep your lymphatic system in good shape. Regular physical exercise is a great way to get your lymphatic system pumping and detoxing your system of waste. Jumping, walking, stretching, yoga, Pilates, and other moderate exercises done on a daily basis will really improve the state of our lymph.
