All 19 Defendants Plead Not Guilty In Georgia Election Interference Case

The 19 indicted defendants are accused of entering a criminal enterprise to overturn Georgia's election results in an attempt to keep Former President Donald Trump in office.

All 19 defendants in the Fulton County Georgia election interference case have pleaded not guilty and waived their right to an in-person arraignment.

However, Judge Scott McAfee who is overseeing the case, requires defendants to file their waivers at least 48 hours prior to the hearing date and several of the defendants filed theirs just one day before the scheduled arraignments. It is unclear at this time if the judge will still allow their waivers to take effect or not.

The 19 indicted defendants are accused of entering a criminal enterprise to overturn Georgia’s election results in an attempt to keep Former President Donald Trump in office. The 41 charges in the case range from conspiring to commit false statements to violating the state’s “Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.”
