Soojimus makes the Cupkin Double-walled Stainless Steel children’s cups and issued a recall on Thursday for nearly 346 thousand of them after the amount of lead found exceeded the federal lead content ban.
The recall includes 8 and 12 ounce models of the cups, sold in pairs. Both sizes of the cups were sold in 12 different color combinations including a matching straw.
They were sold online through Cupkin and Amazon from January 2018 through March of this year.
