Fourth Suspect Arrested In Connection To Lumberton Murder Case
All four suspects have been charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, discharging a weapon into occupied property, and felony conspiracy.
A fourth suspect wanted in connection to a Lumberton murder case is now in custody.
18-year-old Nashem Osbourne, who was considered to be armed and dangerous, turned himself in around 5:20p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Osbourne was wanted for a shooting on July 5th that resulted in the death of 44-year-old Derrick Hester and left a 35-year-old woman injured, her condition is unknown at this time. Both were found shot inside a vehicle that had run off the road and ended up in a yard in the 1300 block of North Walnut Street.
23-year-old Tyllick McKoy, 19-year-old Jabary Murchinson, and a 15-year-old are also detained in connection to the incident.
All four suspects have been charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, discharging a weapon into occupied property, and felony conspiracy.
An investigation is still on-going.
