The Horry County Coroner is asking for help in identifying a man who was killed in a hit and run incident in May.

The picture in the video above was released as a computer-generated composition of the pedestrian, along with a picture of a tattoo that’s located on his right bicep.
The victim is described as a white man in his late 40s to 60s weighing nearly 170 pounds and between the heights of “5’9” to “5’11”. He had light brown or sandy blonde hair, a graying mustache, and a goatee.
