Explosives Set Off At Three Businesses In Washington D.C.
In all three of the attacks, the suspect fled the scene in a vehicle that was described as a gold-champagne colored Acura TLL with a Maryland plate tag.
Three businesses were damaged in Washington D.C. on Sunday after being hit with explosive devices and a Molotov cocktail.
The suspected attacks occurred within a fifteen-minute span. At around 4:30a.m., the suspect detonated the first explosive device on the sidewalk outside the ATM of a Truist bank. Six minutes later, another explosion was set off in front of the doors at a Nike store. Nearly nine minutes after that, the suspect threw the Molotov cocktail-style object at a Safety store.

The suspect targeted establishments that were closed at the time and no injuries were reported.
The attacks came at a time when an unidentified object was found on the grounds of the White House. However, authorities discovered the object was safe and there was no threat to the public or the president.
