Former President Donald Trump is facing his second indictment in connection to the documents discovered at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

This is Trump’s first federal indictment on 37 counts for retention of classified documents and conspiracy with a top aide to hide them from the government and his own attorneys.
