Feeling stressed? It may be time to dive into a rabbit hole. When we feel so overwhelmed to the point we can’t complete a task, the American Institute of Stress says one way to release is to focus on something else for a bit. To stop a baby crying, we give them something to play with. In the same way, when we are overwhelmed, looking up information on something completely different from what is stressing us…something that interests us….can be rabbit hole therapy.
