School’s Out Snack – The 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt

Audra makes peanut butter frozen yogurt and tops it with an ingredient she's betting will sell even Greg.

As school is coming to end for the summer, Audra Grant brings another healthy snack to keep on hand that uses only 3 ingredients.  This peanut butter frozen yogurt is not only healthy, tasty and easy but it will keep your kiddos satisfied longer as it incorporates protein!  Audra tops it with an ingredient she’s betting will sell Greg Rowles on the healthy treat.

Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt

1 cup vanilla or *plain Greek Yogurt

1 tablespoon protein powder (unflavored, vanilla or chocolate)

1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

Reese’s Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup crumbled (optional topping)

*If you use plain yogurt, add 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract and about 1 Tablespoon of honey, as well as a flavored protein powder (versus unflavored).   You also add more protein powder than the recipe calls for, just add a little milk.

Directions: Combine ingredients, whip until creamy.  Put into small cups or cupcake liners.  Top with chopped Reese’s Cup.  Freeze for 2 hours.
