33-year-old Mauricio Garcia was armed with an AR-15 style rifle using it to attack the victims that range in age from 5 to 61 years old.

Police were already present for an unrelated call when the gunfire broke out. An officer followed the sound of gunshots, tracked down Garcia and killed him.
