A recall has been placed on Advil products that were stocked and sold in Family Dollar stores.

The recall was placed due to the over-the counter-drug being stored outside labeled temperature requirements.

The recalled Advil products were shipped on or around June 1st of last year through March 31st of this year.

Customers who may have purchased the affected product are allowed to return it to the Family Dollar store where they bought it without the receipt.
