Audra and Jason mix up a sugar-free, non-alcoholic version of the Mojito Punch and a Paloma Punch for Cinco de Mayo.  For the Mojito,  all you need are some limes, a granular sweetener (Audra used Stevia),  diet lemon-lime soda, and mint leaves.   Use the lemon-lime soda as the base for the Paloma punch.  Just switch lime juice for grapefruit juice, and instead of mint, use rosemary.

Sugar-free, non alcoholic Mojito

1/2 cup lime juice

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

2 Tablespoons of Stevia

4  cups diet lemon-lime soda (Sprite)

4 cups of crushed ice

Stir lime juice, mint leaves, and sweetener together in a pitcher.  Gently crush and bruise mint leaves with a wooden spoon.  Add soda.  Mix in crushed ice to serve.
