Coastal Carolina University Plans To Ban TikTok
The university has joined others that have also placed a ban on the app from their Wifi.
On Thursday, Coastal Carolina University announced plans to ban TikTok on its Wifi networks campus-wide.
The school said it will block access to the short video platform to keep the university’s network safe and secure as it considers the safety and privacy’s of CCU students, faculty, and staff.
The university has joined others that have also placed a ban on the app from their Wifi.
Governor McMaster ordered all state agencies to block access to the social media platform as well.
