Amazon has announced new measures in an attempt to stop customers from returning on-line orders.
When using Amazon, if you don’t like an item you received, it’s an easy process to return it. However, things are changing.
With many returns taking place, it’s become an expensive problem for the company. To resolve the issue, Amazon will start charging customers a $1 fee if they return items to a UPS store when there is a partner store closer to their delivery address.
The stores that Amazon are partnered with include, Whole Foods and Kohl’s.
