Alert Security Guard Prevents Gunman From Entering A Night Club
A man approached the, Mons Venus Club, wearing a red 'devil mask'. He was carrying a flashlight in one hand and a fully loaded 9 mm handgun in the other.
A man attempting to enter a Florida strip club with intent to harm was stopped from doing so by three security guards.
A man approached the, Mons Venus Club, wearing a red ‘devil mask’. He was carrying a flashlight in one hand and a fully loaded 9 mm handgun in the other.
Security guard, Manuel Resto, witnessed the masked male point the gun toward the door in which resto stepped in and attempted to take the firearm.
The security guard explained he almost went unconscious after being struck in the head several times with the gun. He was eventually able to knock the gun out of the suspect’s hands but not before he fires a shot into the door of the facility.
Two other security guards then assisted in restraining the gunman who has been identified as 44-year-old, Michael Rudman.
A motive is still being investigated as Rudman faces charges including aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, along with other charges regarding the firearm.
Rudman is he being detained without bond and awaiting a hearing.
