Suspect Accused Of Killing Three And Injuring Two Pleaded Not Guilty
The suspects initial court appearance was waived by his appointed public defender due to 'mental health'.
On Wednesday, the man accused of killing three people and injuring two in several separate shooting incidents last month has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
19-year-old, Keith Moses, is facing charges in Orlando, Florida, for the death of 24-year-old, News Journalist, Dylan Lyons, 38-year-old, Nathacha Augustin, and 9-year-old T’Yonna Major.
On February 22nd, Moses allegedly fatally shot Augustin on Hialeah Street and took off on foot only to appear back at the scene less than an hour later and fired upon two journalist covering the story killing Lyons.
Moses then allegedly went to a nearby house and shot and killed Major and critically wounded her mother, Brandi Major.
Moses was taken into custody within an hour. His initial appearance was waived by his appointed public defender due to ‘mental health’. He was then ordered to be held without bail at the Orange County jail where he is still detained.
A motive behind the killings has not yet been revealed.
