Severe Weather And Flood Safety Week
The observation week is used to make people aware of how to take proper safety precautions when it comes to weather events.
Governor McMaster has announced the dates for South Carolina’s Severe Weather and Flood Safety week.
The South Carolina Emergency Management Division and the National Weather Service joined forces to sponsor the week with hopes to remind people that the palmetto state is capable of suffering severe storms, tornadoes, flash floods, and significant hazards.
The observation week is used to make people aware of how to take proper safety precautions when it comes to weather events.
Starting March 5th until the 11th the itinerary consists of several different procedure practices.
