The Search Continues For A Missing Elderly Woman

71-year-old Brenda Covington has been missing since Thursday. Police recently received a surveillance video that captured Covington walking in the area of Produce Market Road and the McGirts Bridge Road area at 2:30p.m. on Friday.

The Scotland County Sheriff’s office has been searching for a missing woman.

On Tuesday, deputies and nearly 50 volunteers searched a one-mile radius in the area, but the search continues.

Covington is considered to be endangered because she suffers from memory problems.

Police are requesting for people to pull any surveillance coverage in the area that could have possibly captured her and the direction she was heading.
