A study published by the “Nature Communications Journal” found people who exercised daily in the afternoon were less likely to die prematurely compared to those who worked out in the morning or at night. Researchers say any moderate to vigorous activity…such as a brisk walk…is beneficial at any time of day. According to the study, men and the elderly benefit the most from exercising between 11 a-m and 5 p-m.
