A video was revealed of Alex Murdaugh’s last interview with law enforcement in the investigation of Maggie and Paul Murdaughs murders.

Murdaugh is on trial and faces charges for killing his wife and son.

On Wednesday, lead investigator on the case, David Owen of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division testified in the trial and the interview was shown to the jury.

In the video that captured Murdaugh’s final interview, Owen confronted him about inconsistencies in his statements with law enforcement and informed him about evidence that investigators discovered.

During Owen’s testimony, Murdaugh’s Defense team questioned him. Owen admitted that he told the jury that indicated Murdaugh on the murder charges in 2022, incorrect information about his T-shirt collected on the night of the murders.
