Those in constant stress lend their bodies to elevated levels that leads to all sorts of problems and diseases. Most concerning an early grave. It’s a ripple effect…and where it really take ahold of us is our sleep. If our brain never shuts down, the organs suffer. Deep sleep is when things reboot and gets rid of toxins. So, more gyms are adding mindfullness workouts and yoga to help combat the stress that we carry in our brain.
