Special Counsel Jack Smith’s office is seeking documents and testimony regarding the January 6th attack on the Capitol.
They want former Vice President, Mike Pence, to testify about his interactions with former President Donald Trump leading up to the 2020 election as well as on the day Trump followers invaded the Capitol.
