Chick-Fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich Option Coming To Charleston

The "Chick-Fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich" will be the chain's first ever plant-based sandwich. It will imitate their signature fried chicken sandwiches.

Chick-Fil-A is testing a new chickenless sandwich option.

The “Chick-Fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich” will be the chain’s first ever plant-based sandwich. It will imitate their signature fried chicken sandwiches.

The new option uses a ‘tender filet cut’ of cauliflower that is marinated and breaded in the chain’s seasoning then pressure cooked and served on a buttery bun with pickles.

The product comes as customers have pushed for a plant-forward Entree that has that “unique” Chick-Fil-A taste.

The sandwich goes on sale Monday for a limited time in Denver, the Greensboro-Triad region in North Carolina, and Charleston, South Carolina.

The starting price is $6.59, but it varies by market.
