Ukrainian President Zelensky Made A Surprise Visit In The U.K.

Zelensky made the trip to Britain just as Ukraine is requesting the West to send more weapons and military support to counter Russian advances.

Ukrainian President Zelensky made a surprise visit to London and addressed the U.K. Parliament.

The Ukraine leader expressed how thankful he and his nation are for British Parliamentarians and their support for the country. He told lawmakers that London has stood by Ukraine since day one.

Zelensky made the trip to Britain just as Ukraine is requesting the West to send more weapons and military support to counter Russian advances.

Britain announced it would send more military equipment to Kyiv to assist in countering Russian offense and the U.K. is set to expand training to Ukrainian fighter pilots and marines.

Zelensky said, “We know Russia will lose. We know victory will change the world, and this will be a change the world needed.”
