The murder trial continues for Alex Murdaugh as he faces charges for the murder of his wife and son.

Murdaugh’s defense team objected to the judge’s decision to allow his finances, arguing that they are only being used as evidence to make him a villain. They also argued that the state has not provided any evidence proving that he would have received any insurance from his wife’s death.
The judge denied the defense’s objection and Alex’s finances are set to be brought into evidence as the trial is now in its third week.
