A suspect involved in a Little River bank robbery has now been detained.
Horry County Police responded to a reported robbery at a bank located in the 3000 block of Highway 9 East in the Little River area.
A suspect was described as a male with red hair who was last seen wearing a black shirt and burgundy shorts.
Police shut down the area in both directions of Highway 90 and Lees landing as an investigation was opened. The roads have since been re-opened.
