Pedestrian Struck And Killed In Georgetown

Around 10:45 Sunday night, officials responded to Highmarket Street in Georgetown.

35-year-old, Wanda Chavis, was traveling East on Highmarket Street when she was struck and killed by a motorist that was Eastbound on the same road. She was pronounced dead on the scene.

No charges have been filed as a result of the collision.
