NFL Eagles Player Indicted For Rape And Kidnapping

The Eagles player has been placed on the commissioner exempt list.

The Eagles will be a player short when they play in the Super Bowl next week.

While the team is gearing up for their biggest game of the season, 25-year-old offensive lineman Joshua Sills will not be allowed to play.

Sills has been indicted for one count of rape and one count of kidnapping from an incident that occurred in 2019. He allegedly forced non-consensual sexual activities on a woman who testified she was held against her will.

Sills is summoned to report to court on February 16th.

The Eagles player has been placed on the commissioner exempt list which means he will not be allowed to participate, practice, or travel with Philadelphia as they head to the 57th Super Bowl.
