The murder trial for former Lowcountry Attorney Alex Murdaugh continues.

Friday morning, the murder trial for former Lowcountry Attorney Alex Murdaugh continues.

Murdaugh stands trial for the murders of his wife and youngest son.

On Thursday, testimonies began with bodycam footage from law enforcement officers who responded to the property. The first person to testify was the first officer to arrive at the crime scene.

Colleton County Sergeant Daniel Green testified that he saw Murdaugh on a phone call standing close to the bodies with a shotgun resting against his truck that Murdaugh said he grabbed for protection.
