Travelers have seen an abundance of canceled flights over the last week due to the winter storm and more cancellations are still ongoing.

Most major airlines have had canceled or flight delays, but Southwest Airlines has seen the most cancelations. Southwest CEO, Bob Jordan, shared that he is “truly sorry” for the airline’s failures over the holiday weekend.

The CEO lifted up the company’s employees and said they are showing up through the struggles that are causing chaos at this time.

The CEO said that they hope to be back on track before next weekend after conducting a “reset” by moving some crews and planes around the country without passengers to get them into place and restart operations.
