Here’s How to Participate in the “12 Days of Kindness” this Season

Many are planning 12 days during the month of January for doing something kind.

You’ve heard of the “12 Days of Christmas.  It works sort of like that.  There are many ways to participate in “12 days of kindness.”  You start now during the holidays by planning out 12 acts of kindness you will do.  Many are starting the new year off by planning 12 days during the month of January for doing something kind.  It puts good intentions into action.   There are many ideas including:  donating items to others, or to a local food pantry, paying someone’s bill, sending someone a card, reconnecting with a phone call, babysitting for a single parent for free, or leaving a gift for your mailman or service provider…you get the idea.

Share your act of kindness with us:  carolinakindness@wfxb.com  We’ve partnered with the Maguire Law Firm to bring you Carolina Kindness stories each Wednesday.
