Walmart Employee Files Lawsuit Due To Traumatic Incident

Andre Bing shot and killed six employees and left several others injured before shooting himself.

A Walmart employee is now seeking a lawsuit after surviving the mass shooting that occurred last week.

The shooter was a store supervisor at a Walmart located in Virginia. Survivor, Donya Prioleau, has filed a $50 million lawsuit against the company for allegedly continuing to employee the shooter, 31-year-old, Andre Bing who shot and killed six employees and left several others injured before shooting himself.

According to the lawsuit, Bing had known propensities for violence, threats and strange behavior. The suit also claims that Prioleau has experienced post-traumatic stress disorder, including physical and emotional distress from witnessing the rampage in the store’s breakroom on November 22nd.

Walmart is currently reviewing the complaint and will determine the best way to address the situation.
