Musk Claims Apple “Threatened” Remove Twitter From App Store

Musk wants to transform the site into more of a "free speech" environment with less restrictions

Elon Musk has announced that Apple allegedly threatened to remove Twitter from its IOS App store.

Musk explained that Apple presented the threat without explanation as to why they would remove the App.

In its official App store review guidelines, Apple lists multiple different safety parameters that have to be followed in order to be included in the store which consist of an ability to prevent “content that is offensive, insensitive, etc…”

As Musk takes over the Twitter platform, he wants to transform the site into more of a “free speech” environment with less restrictions than it’s previous guidelines.
