The Ryan Seacrest “AEIOU” Method to Flirting – It’s All in the Vowels

Seacrest Out! The radio and TV host has a method for remembering the basics of flirting in what he calls the "AEIOU" method.   

If you watch our show, you know we keep an eye on the trends or emerging ones for you.  There seems to be a surge of using acronyms for naming methods to do things.  This one caught Audra’s ear on the way into the office where she was compiling research on the matter.  It’s one we can all use in connecting with new people.  You just need to know your vowels.  Radio and TV host Ryan Seacrest has a method for remembering the basics of flirting in what he calls the “AEIOU” method.

A – ask a lot of questions

E – use your ears to listen

I – show your personality using “i” statements

O – be animated, like “oh, my gosh!”

U – make the person U are talking to, the focus of the conversation.
