Russian Forces Withdraw From A Key City In Ukraine

The withdraw represents the most significant military moment in the war since Ukrainian forces gained control back of Kharkiv in September.

Russia has ordered a retreat from the only regional capital it has captured since the invasion on Ukraine first began.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is facing a set back as Ukrainian advances in the region caused Russian troops to withdraw from the key southern city of Kherson.

The order was announced at a meeting in Moscow between defense Minister, Sergay Shoigu, and the commander of Russian forces in Ukraine, General, Sergay Survikin.

The withdraw represents the most significant military moment in the war since Ukrainian forces gained control back of Kharkiv in September.
