National Midterm Elections Update

A big boost for Democrats' hopes of clinging to the Senate as Republicans hopes for House are narrowing.

We are covering updates on midterm election results.

As of right now, the race for Senate is at a tie while Democrats and Republicans both have 48 out of 100 seats.

The race for the House is a close call as Democrats have 179 out of 218 and Republicans have 201.

It is still too early to call key races including in Nevada, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Arizona. Those could determine which party controls the chamber as well as several governorships, secretaries of states, and attorneys general.

Democrat, John Fetterman won Pennsylvania’s Senate seat, which is a big boost to Democrats’ hopes of clinging to the Senate as Republicans hopes for House are narrowing.
