November is declared the awareness month for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
The Myrtle Beach Skywheel lit up orange to recognize a syndrome awareness month.
This year, Governor McMaster, signed a proclamation to declare November the awareness month for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. It was signed in efforts to spread the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.
The syndrome is a chronic condition characterized as continuous intense pain often described as burning and can also involve skin sensitive to the touch and swollen stiff joints.
