A Myrtle Beach man has been arrested and accused of stealing eight catalytic converters, an ATV as well as other equipment.
In all, $40,000 worth of things were taken from the Horry County Solid Waste Authority Facility on Highway 90 near Conway.
A work truck was also damaged and items were stolen from its bed.
Surveillance video revealed two men inside the building the items were stole from.
34-year-old, Christopher Boone has been arrested after Horry County Police discovered three of the stolen catalytic converters inside his vehicle during an investigation.
He is charged with grand larceny, driving under suspension and a second plate on a vehicle other than the vehicle it was issued to.
Boone is currently being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center with a bond over $24,000.
