Police Are Searching For A Man Who Made Threats To Officials

Police are asking for anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to call 843-915-5688.

A man is wanted by Horry County officials after allegedly threatening to kill public authorities, police officers and family members.

36-year-old, Daniel Grissett of Conway, failed to appear in court after threatening a public official, unlawful communication, and unlawful use of 911.

Grissett called 911 four times on May 19th in 2021. One call he said he wanted to shoot a police officer, and the next time an officer “pulled up” on him, he was going to “blast’em.” He also threatened to inflict physical harm to multiple public employees, officials, police officers, and family members.

Grissett is 6-foot-2 and weighs 180 pounds.
