The Identity Was Released Of The Victim In A Myrtle Beach Homicide

40-year-old, Christopher Perry is charged with the murder.

The identity has been released of a homeless man that was assaulted and killed last Sunday in Myrtle Beach.

45-year-old, Brian Durost’s cause of death was confirmed as blunt force injuries after being assaulted. His body was discovered in a grassy area behind a building in the 1000 block of Highway 501.

The discovery led officials to open a homicide investigation, which resulted in the arrest of 40-year-old, Christopher Perry, who is charged with murder. Camera’s captured Perry leaving the area around the time of the murder and witness’s confirmed seeing him.
