Chinese researchers say drinking at least four cups of black or green can reduce the risks of developing certain health issues such as type 2 diabetes. A four cup amount was linked to a 17% lower risk of developing the condition over an average span of 10 years. Nearly 5,200 adults were used in their research from 1997 to 2008 and the results were the same for both men and women.
