The FDA recently announced a rule change regarding hearing aids which lead to the convenient availability of the product. Now, for mild to average hearing loss cases, people do not need to visit a hearing health professional and get a custom fitting. They can now buy the hearing aids directly from a store or online.

Customers must be 18 or older to complete the purchase. Prices for the product range from $199 to nearly one thousand dollars, depending on brands.
